As I sit writing this (just after midnight)your family is already in Washington. My girlfriend Kim Brooks and her son Colby along with myself drove out to see the many volunteers building your new house. We watched the first wall go up and the majority of the interior and exterior walls join them at an amazing speed. But I think the best part of it all for me was when the shuttle bus was loading us all up, the last picture I took was of them raising the biggest American Flag that I had ever seen, the pride that swelled my heart for such a giving man and his whole family and those volunteers and the pride I take in being an American is a feeling that I will not soon forget. With all the love and care that is going into the construction of your new home I already know that your going to love it! May God bless you and your family and the wonderful work that you continue to do for our country!! Thank-you

As a Disabled Veteran and a friend of the family I can honestly say there is no family that is more deserving than the Cooper family. From everything Jeff has gone through in his life to Aaron with his accident and recovery I have never met such a strong willed young man. Windy for being supportive with her family and of course Clara is by far the strongest and most patient wife and mother I have ever known. The sleepless nights staying in the hospital surgery after surgery just waiting for some news and dealing with all the challenges that have been placed upon there shoulders and they still found ways to smile and keep things together. Your family is proof that no matter what happens in life with a good family and God there is always hope and what you do for other will be noticed if not now than later. God bless you all I Love guys.
